This role offers excellent base pay with opportunities to earn over $25 per hour, a steady flow of clients for financial stability, and assistance with student loan repayment. The position emphasizes continuous education, including Hair Stylist Academy training and over fifty hours of paid training within the first three months, utilizing Supercuts cutting principles with Redken & Paul Mitchell Professional Color lines. Stylists can enhance their skills and creativity with product and tool discounts. The role also includes participation in benefit programs, career advancement opportunities, fun competitions, and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

A current state cosmetology license or currently enrolled in school to obtain the required license.
