Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts.
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
• Manage day-to-day salon operations.
• Provide services to customers.
• Help others grow their skills and confidence.
• Focus on team performance and customer experience.

• Hourly base pay of $18/hr, up to $20/hr if you’re experienced, plus tips!
• Monthly manager bonus of $300-$500.
