We are seeking a high energy driven and passionate manager. Must have a Cosmetology license and strong background in managing a team. Great Clips salons give Salon Managers the opportunity to do what you love, along with the support, structure, and resources to lead confidently and build a strong team culture. The LEADS development program for salon managers provides training in the skills needed to guide salon teams in brand delivery and achieve GREAT results.
Requirements
- Licensed stylist
- Cosmetology license
- Strong background in managing a team
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Assistant Manager experience
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required
