We’re seeking a talented and motivated Salon Manager to join our growing team. With 34 salons across the DFW and Wichita Falls markets, Honking Dog/Kitty Paw LLC offers stability, growth, and a supportive environment where leaders thrive. As a Salon Manager, you’ll lead and inspire your team while staying hands-on behind the chair delivering excellent haircuts and outstanding customer service.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
