Requirements

  • A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
  • Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
  • Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
  • Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
