About The Position

If you’re a licensed stylist who enjoys coaching others, building strong teams, and helping a salon run at its best, this could be the next step in your career. Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. Compensation for this position is expected to range from $45,000 - $70,000 annually. We believe strong leaders build strong teams. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
