Great Clips at Honeygo Center is hiring a dynamic Salon Manager to lead our busy, high-volume salon! We offer a competitive effective wage of $30–$38 per hour (including base pay, performance bonuses, and incentives), paid continuing education, and immediate clientele. Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- 2+ years salon management experience preferred

- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
- Manage day-to-day salon operations.
