Requirements
- Valid active Pennsylvania Barber or Cosmetology License
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required
- Ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
