Salon Floor Leader (Sales & Performance Manager)
About The Position
We are seeking a strong, confident leader to oversee daily operations, driven team performance, and ensure every client experience meets blowology standards. As the Salon Floor leader, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and promoting our company. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for increasing daily revenue, enforcing accountability, and coaching the team in real time, responsible for reaching business monthly goals. Fixed base pay $3,000 monthly plus 35% commission plus performance bonus. Total potential $4,000-$5,500 monthly. Requirements
- 5 years as a hairstylist
- 3 -5 years in a leadership or senior role
- Managed or Mentored other stylist
- Experience in a fast or slow paced salon
- Proven Sales Performance
