Assistant Salon Manager , Licensed Cosmetologist
About The Position
Requis Salons is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and energetic Salon Assistant Manager with experience in a salon, beauty, or service environment. The role focuses on driving service and retail sales through a strategic plan while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Salon Assistant Manager provides hair care services, builds a clientele, maintains a professional image, and helps recruit and fully staff the salon. A current state cosmetology or barber license is required, or the candidate must currently be enrolled in school to obtain the required license. Requis Salons is an independently owned and operated Regis franchisee with salons across multiple states, operating the SmartStyle, Supercuts, and Cost Cutters brands. If hired, the candidate will be employed directly by the franchisee, which is responsible for employment matters and sets its own wage and benefit programs.
Requirements
- Experience in a salon, beauty, and/or service environment.
- A current state cosmetology or barber license, or current enrollment in school to obtain the required license.
- Ability to drive service and retail sales through a strategic plan while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
