About The Position

At Crest Honda, part of the Sonic Automotive family of dealerships, the Salesperson generates sales appointments with customers who contact the dealership online about purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles. The role delivers a premium customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, accurately, and courteously. It uses lead-management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiries, update customer files, and track customer interest. The employee will be trained on the dealership’s products and services and will learn about its inventory, financing, and incentive programs. The dealership offers a large advertising budget, easy-to-use systems, and a supportive work environment. The stated annual pay range is $50,000–$250,000, based on sales commission.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, a drug test, and a credit report review.
Must have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Enter customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly and accurately.
Generate sales appointments.
Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
Use lead-management tools effectively.
Compile required reports, forms, and other documentation in a timely manner.
Manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and track customer interest using lead-management tools, CRM software, and the internet.
Learn the dealership’s products, services, inventory, financing, and incentive programs.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Demonstrate ethical behavior, provide a high degree of customer satisfaction, and deal honestly with customers.
