About The Position

Chambersburg Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Salesperson to connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them select suitable vehicles. The role includes vehicle demonstrations and test drives, negotiating sales and trade-in terms, completing sales documentation, and following up with customers to support satisfaction and lasting relationships. The salesperson is expected to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and collaborate with the finance, service, and parts departments. This is a full-time position with growth potential.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is a bonus but is not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
