About the position
Dandelion Energy is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead their SFDC efforts and oversee the day-to-day operations of their new Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, including experience as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related matters. They will be responsible for identifying and addressing problems and enhancement opportunities within Salesforce, as well as implementing technical changes and managing end-user change management. Additionally, the candidate should have advanced administrator skills and the ability to support basic development needs.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for all things Salesforce including end-user support, CRM data management, documentation, software updates, and more
- Partner with business users to build and deploy functionality within the CRM; manage the backlog of requests and provide status updates to the business
- Create and update CPQ products, prices, price rules, discounts, and Quote outputs to align with business requirements
- Build and update Flows, workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, and more
- Complete basic work within VisualForce, Apex, and Lightning Components
- Update existing application integrations such as DocuSign and integrate new applications as business needs arise
- Create reports and dashboards
- Manage the list of active users, their profiles, and other permissions
- Provide technical support for Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Train new employees on Salesforce basics as they are onboarded
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience (Certified Advanced Administrator, preferred)
- 1+ years of experience working within a complex CPQ environment (Certified CPQ Specialist, preferred)
- Basic SFDC development experience (Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, preferred)
- History of successfully owning SFDC projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, solution scoping, feature implementation and successful end-user adoption
- Experience working within Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), CPQ, Field Service Lightning and Community Cloud
- Strong collaboration skills while working in a remote environment
