About The Position

This is an onsite position in Pontiac, Michigan for a Salesforce SaaS Platform Administrator. The role is a long-term contract expected to last over 2 years. The administrator will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform, managing user access, configuring applications, supporting data management, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management and governance practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and connected applications.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure and support Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
  • Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation solutions.
  • Support data management activities including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, user requests, and system performance concerns.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and integration tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
