About The Position

This role involves administering and maintaining the Salesforce platform to ensure its reliability, security, and performance. The administrator will manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. They will also configure and support Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes, with a focus on designing and maintaining Salesforce Flows and process automation solutions. Data management activities, including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation, will be a key part of the role. The administrator will monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, user requests, and system performance concerns, and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and integration tools. Collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions is essential. The role also includes creating and maintaining system documentation, procedures, and training materials, as well as conducting end-user training and providing guidance on Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management and governance practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and connected applications.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
