Salesforce Platform Administrator
About The Position
Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Salesforce Platform Administrator to work remotely. This role involves designing, coding or configuring, testing, debugging, deploying, documenting, and maintaining programs using various software development toolkits, programming languages, and testing applications, while adhering to best practices and quality standards. The administrator will assist in gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and validating that applications align with architectural design and business needs. Responsibilities also include assisting with process leadership, product/service delivery strategy, work plans, troubleshooting, issue analysis, and implementing software enhancements or patches.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- 2-4 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, CRM operations, or marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of CRM data structures and campaign workflows.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting decentralized or multi team marketing environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated industries.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud certification (can be actively working to obtain certification at time of hire).
Responsibilities
- Assists in analyzing and compiling the customer's business requirements.
- Researches and prepares program specifications.
- Designs, develops (including coding/configuring, testing, debugging and documenting) and implements customer-focused programming solutions.
- Ensures solutions adhere to development policies and standards, and align with Information Services architectural design and customer's business needs.
- Assists with coding, testing and implementation of software enhancements and/or applying patches and other maintenance of existing applications.
- Helps with the preparation of appropriate documentation to record modifications.
- Drives risk assessment by developing, implementing and evaluating system design, strategies, specifications and models.
- Provides process leadership for work groups.
- Helps in product/service delivery strategy and work plans.
- Understands and owns the resolution for product, implementation and/or functionality issues and provides troubleshooting support.
