About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on expertise to manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of a Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for ensuring platform reliability, security, integration, and performance while delivering advanced user support and driving system enhancements across departments.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in SaaS platform administration
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management
Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience working in government or public sector environments
Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, roles, and permissions.
Configure and customize the platform using workflows, flows, and automation tools.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations.
Manage data integrity, imports, exports, and data quality processes.
Support and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and other integration methods.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to end users.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide user training, documentation, and best practice guidance.
Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance optimization.
