About The Position

This role involves executing full-cycle recruiting activities specifically for Salesforce talent. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates within the Salesforce ecosystem. A key aspect of the role is developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and building lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure successful placements. The position requires managing multiple job orders concurrently, maintaining detailed candidate tracking, and performing market research to identify talent trends. The recruiter will also prepare and present recruiting metrics and forecasts to stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs, and utilize recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to optimize the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously while maintaining organized candidate tracking
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work on-site at the Chicago office location (600 W Chicago Ave Ste 750, Chicago IL)
