About The Position
Employer.com is seeking a Salesforce Recruiter II to execute full-cycle recruiting activities for Salesforce talent. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates within the Salesforce ecosystem. The recruiter will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and managing multiple job orders concurrently. Market research, competitive analysis, and reporting on recruiting metrics will also be key aspects of the position. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and optimize workflow using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems are essential.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously while maintaining organized candidate tracking
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work on-site at the Chicago office location (600 W Chicago Ave Ste 750, Chicago IL)

Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of Salesforce talent

- Manage multiple job orders simultaneously while maintaining detailed candidate tracking and communication
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging talent trends and market opportunities
- Prepare and present recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and placement forecasts to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and refine candidate requirements
- Utilize recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems to optimize workflow and candidate management
