About The Position

Employer.com is seeking a Salesforce Recruiter II to execute full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of Salesforce talent. The role involves developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in the Salesforce ecosystem, building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and managing multiple job orders simultaneously. The recruiter will also conduct market research, prepare recruiting metrics and reports, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs. Proficiency with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems is essential.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously while maintaining organized candidate tracking
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work on-site at the Chicago office location (600 W Chicago Ave Ste 750, Chicago IL)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and refine candidate requirements
  • Utilize recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems to optimize workflow and candidate management
