Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment
  • Experience recruiting for Sales or Salesforce-related positions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously while maintaining organized candidate tracking
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work on-site at the Chicago office location (600 W Chicago Ave Ste 750, Chicago IL)

  • Background in Sales with a transition into recruiting
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and related technologies
  • Proven ability to develop and present recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and placement forecasts

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of Salesforce talent
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure successful placements
  • Manage multiple job orders simultaneously while maintaining detailed candidate tracking and communication
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging talent trends and market opportunities
  • Prepare and present recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and placement forecasts to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and refine candidate requirements
  • Utilize recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems to optimize workflow and candidate management
