About The Position
UST is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to support Salesforce initiatives across multiple Salesforce clouds. The ideal candidate will have strong product ownership experience, a solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Salesforce delivery teams. The Product Owner will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, prioritizing the product backlog, and helping guide Salesforce solutions from concept through implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Experience working with one or more of the following Salesforce clouds: Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, roadmap, and priorities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Support Salesforce initiatives across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical considerations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements.
- Review completed functionality and participate in user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Help drive adoption and continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities.
- Communicate product priorities, status, and decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
