About The Position

Deloitte’s Customer team helps organizations deepen customer relationships through strategies, analytics, Generative AI, technology, and design. The team combines business strategy, technology, creativity, and managed services to address challenges affecting customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce.

As a Salesforce Developer on a Technical Transformation project, you will develop and configure Salesforce platform features supporting enlisted mission and special mission set workflows within a SAFe agile delivery structure. You will deliver production-ready code in an IL4 Salesforce environment and contribute to a shared codebase used by eight feature teams serving 28,000 end users. This role includes participation in sprint ceremonies and PI planning.

The position is part of Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice and Sales & Service offering, which designs and implements the sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures needed to bring customer strategies to life. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce.com APEX Development, Salesforce.com Flow, Salesforce.com, and Lightning Components.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with a Secret Clearance or Public Trust - Tier 2, or have the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Ability to travel 10–20% on average, depending on the work and clients served.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
