About The Position
VXForward is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and configuration specifications. The role configures Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support business and client marketing use cases. The analyst works with developers, architects, and client stakeholders, supports user acceptance testing and defect triage through resolution, and communicates status, risks, and decisions to technical and business audiences. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant on Salesforce projects.
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and configuration specifications.
- Configure Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, data mappings, identity resolution, and segmentation, to meet business requirements.
- Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audiences, journeys, and content, to support client marketing use cases.
- Partner with developers, architects, and client stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing and defect triage through resolution.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions to technical and business audiences.
- Document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
