Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote
About The Position
VXForward is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to help shape technology solutions by gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into user stories and configuration specifications. The role involves hands-on configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements and support client marketing use cases. The analyst will collaborate with developers, architects, and client stakeholders, support user acceptance testing and defect resolution, and communicate status, risks, and decisions to technical and business audiences. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant on Salesforce projects.
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud configuration experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and configuration specifications.
- Configure Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, data mappings, identity resolution, and segmentation, to meet business requirements.
- Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audiences, journeys, and content, to support client marketing use cases.
- Partner with developers, architects, and client stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing and defect triage through resolution.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
