Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience administering Salesforce CRM or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, reporting, and integrations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or similar)
  • Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or marketing automation tools
  • Experience in multi-team or enterprise CRM environments
  • Familiarity with AppExchange products and integrated systems
  • Exposure to tools like OpenAsset, Bridgit Bench, or GTM platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including users, permissions, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports
  • Support Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) for marketing automation, data syncing, and campaign execution
  • Administer and optimize connected platforms such as OpenAsset/Shred AI, Bridgit Bench, ZoomInfo, and other tools
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of company, contact, project, and opportunity data
  • Import, export, cleanse, deduplicate, and validate data while maintaining strong governance standards
  • Monitor and audit databases to support reliable reporting and decision-making
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data sync and system issues
  • Partner with vendors and internal IT as needed to resolve technical challenges
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data summaries for key stakeholders
  • Provide actionable insights to support business development, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and automate processes
  • Provide user support, training, and best practice guidance
  • Document system processes, procedures, and standards
  • Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and system access policies
