The Sales Training Analyst helps sales team members develop and deliver compelling presentations and pitches for government customers. The role combines sales coaching, presentation development, and structured practice to strengthen how representatives communicate customer needs, solution value, and key differentiators. The goal is to help sales representatives enter customer conversations prepared, confident, and equipped with a strong pitch. The analyst partners with representatives to develop and refine customer presentations and pitch decks, facilitates individual and group rehearsals, and evaluates presentations using an established framework. The role coaches representatives to connect presentations to government customers’ missions, operational challenges, stakeholders, and desired outcomes, and helps them communicate benefits, evidence, and competitive differentiators clearly. It also coordinates follow-up practice and deck revisions, collaborates with sales leaders, sales enablement, subject matter experts, and other partners, tracks recurring development needs, and maintains useful coaching and presentation resources. Success means stronger customer presentations, more confident and prepared sales representatives, consistent use of the established pitch framework, and improvement in how the team communicates value to government customers.
