About The Position

The Senior Trainer works onsite in Tempe, Arizona, supporting new hires and employees in a training environment. The role organizes classes, delivers high-quality training, and creates a positive and engaging learning experience that reflects TTEC’s values. The trainer helps employees feel confident and prepared, meets training completion goals, manages class logistics, and uses training success metrics to improve learning experiences. The position also supports training tools and maintains accurate, timely data to help inform business decisions, while coordinating and consolidating data to deliver training in accordance with client requirements and company standards.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in training or adult learning programs.
At least 1 year of experience leading teams to reach targets.
Experience achieving goals in a remote work environment.
Coaching and facilitation skills to lead classes and nurture an inclusive learning environment.
Customer- and employee-focused mindset with call center understanding.
Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office, Oracle, Kronos, or Tandberg.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, engaging training experience for new hires that reflects TTEC’s values and helps employees feel confident.
Meet training completion goals, deliver excellent employee experiences, and manage training logistics so classes start strong and stay on track.
Learn the goals, timeframes, and requirements associated with each training goal and class.
Use training success metrics to assess what is working, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the learning experience.
Serve as a resource for training tools and keep training data accurate and timely.
Coordinate, analyze, and consolidate data needed to deliver training according to client requirements and company standards.
