About The Position

As a Sales Trainer working onsite in Tempe, Arizona, you will support and engage new hires and employees in a training environment. You will organize classes, deliver high-quality training, and create a positive learning experience so employees are prepared for success. The role includes managing training logistics, tracking training outcomes, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring training follows client requirements and company standards. The position offers a base salary of $60,000 per year plus bonus opportunities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience training others in a customer service or call center environment.
Ability to engage and support a team while focusing on overall team performance in a dynamic environment.
Ability to demonstrate empathetic leadership, composure, and professionalism when handling conflicts with diverse team members.
Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to support accountability, effective communication, and employee support.
Computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple screens.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and engaging training experience for new hires that reflects TTEC’s values.
Meet training completion goals, deliver excellent employee experiences, and manage class logistics so training stays on track.
Learn and apply the goals, timeframes, and requirements associated with each training goal and class.
Use training success metrics to identify what is working and opportunities to improve the employee learning experience.
Serve as a resource for training tools and maintain accurate, timely training data.
Coordinate, analyze, and consolidate data needed to deliver training in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
