About The Position

As a Sales Support Associate, you will support back-of-house and front-of-house operational functions. Back-of-house duties include unpacking and packing shipments, organizing the stock room, answering phones, and understanding and executing operational policies and procedures. Front-of-house work may include serving as a greeter, runner, or cashier, answering phones, and supporting other store needs. The role supports efficient product flow and a best-in-class customer service experience. The starting base pay is $18.40 per hour.

Requirements

Prior work experience in retail stock, logistics, and/or customer service.
The role requires 32–40 hours per week.
Ability to perform the described physical demands, including occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to represent the brand positively through product, store maintenance, and customer service.
Assist with inventory and stock management.
Maximize storage and capacity across product and supply categories.
Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies.
Support low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy by consistently executing inventory processes for receiving, transfers, RTV, sales, and cycle counts.
Work with the sales team to provide exemplary customer service, including assisting with POS, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processes.
Understand and use back-of-house and front-of-house IT systems, including POS transactions.
Meet store and metric goals.
Bring the brand mission to life and introduce it to everyone who enters the store.
Assist the Visual Merchandising team with floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures.
Act consistently within rag & bone's core values.
Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best-in-class customer service.
Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere.
