About The Position

Valley Cooperative Association (VCA) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to serve as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams. The role supports customer relationships and smooth operations by processing orders accurately, resolving questions promptly, and maintaining clear communication. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and clear, professional communication.
• Problem-solving ability focused on efficiently resolving customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory systems or ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, process orders, and respond to inquiries about products, pricing, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records in S2K to support communication and order management.
• Work with customers to forecast inventory needs and adjust stock levels accordingly.
• Support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and growth.
• Process territory paperwork and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on company guidelines, products, and service standards.
