We are seeking an inbound/outbound Sales Support Specialist to join our team for our second shift (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM). This position requires reporting Monday through Friday to our Fairview Park showroom. In this role, you will be the crucial first point of contact, responsible for building customer relationships, identifying homeowner needs, and booking appointments both over the phone and face-to-face with customers visiting our showroom.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (both over the phone and face-to-face).
  • High School Diploma (OR) GED Equivalent.
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience.
  • Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance, and be punctual.
  • Data Entry Experience.

  • Previous experience in the home improvement industry.
  • Previous sales experience and/or outbound call experience.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.

  • Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Report daily (M-F, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM) to our Fairview Park location to manage high-volume calls and greet walk-in showroom visitors.
  • Schedule qualified, high-intent appointments for our Sales team through phone outreach and in-person showroom interactions.
  • Identify homeowner needs through confident, consultative conversations and educate customers on our roofing, siding, windows, and exterior solutions.
  • Follow up on existing leads and actively re-engage warm leads and past customers.
  • Maintain highly detailed CRM documentation for all customer interactions.
  • Work closely with Sales & Operations to ensure seamless handoffs and provide all necessary information to both the customer and staff.
  • Consistently hit and exceed daily and monthly performance KPIs.
