About The Position

Culinary Depot is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support its outside sales team. The role helps sales representatives focus on customer relationships and closing deals by managing quotes, administrative tasks, customer communications, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of office experience, communicates well, handles multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of customer requests and follow-through.

Requirements

2–3 years of office or administrative experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence speaking directly with customers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
Proactive and dependable, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using computers, email, spreadsheets, and other office software.
Strong follow-through and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

Prepare, create, and update customer quotes for outside sales representatives.
Communicate with customers about quotes, pricing, product availability, and order details.
Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests to help advance sales opportunities.
Handle administrative tasks that support the outside sales team.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to obtain pricing, product information, and order updates.
Keep quotes, customer information, and sales documentation accurate and up to date.
Track open requests and follow up to support timely responses and resolution.
Assist with order processing and other sales-related tasks as needed.
Maintain clear communication among sales representatives, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
