About The Position

The Sales Support Coordinator greets and directs customers, processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently, responds to inquiries, and helps maintain showroom inventory and the checkout area. The role also includes handling phone calls and messages, preparing the nightly deposit, and completing other projects or responsibilities assigned at the company’s discretion. This is an onsite position at 7050 N General Bruce Drive, Temple, Texas 76501, with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with a POS system.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills.
• Sales skills.
• Ability to work precisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention and care to prevent errors.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and work safely.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers, including greeting them when they enter or leave the establishment.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and pick lists.
• Deal pleasantly with customers to help ensure their satisfaction.
• Field phone calls and take messages.
• Resolve customer inquiries, guide customers, and provide relevant information.
• Maintain showroom inventory and keep the checkout area tidy.
• Prepare the nightly deposit.
• Complete other projects and responsibilities that may be added at the company’s discretion.
