About The Position

The Customer Service Sales Support Representative receives, processes, verifies, and distributes information from inbound and outbound calls. Calls may involve inquiries about new and pre-owned vehicles, dealership-generated internet leads, and general information. The role involves speaking with warm leads and coordinating with sales staff to support customer follow-up and engagement, with the goal of encouraging in-store visits. The position also assists with overflow phone calls and internet leads.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work cohesively with assigned sales staff to ensure customer follow-up and engagement are completed.
• Ensure contacts are professional and courteous, and record meaningful notes in the system that benefit the customer and dealership and support an in-store visit.
• Coordinate with sales staff to identify the best contact method for each customer, such as email, phone, or messaging.
• Anticipate and complete timely follow-up with prospects.
• Review prospect information to ensure the dealership receives all relevant information.
• Assist with overflow phone calls and internet leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
