About The Position

The Sales Support Associate II is an integral part of store success and efficiency, supporting the brand’s commitment to customers through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. The role supports product flow from receipt through point of sale, including shipment processing, stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising. The associate also provides personalized customer assistance, supports sales-floor activities, and follows cash-handling, housekeeping, and Loss Prevention policies.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
Demonstrates the stated employee competencies: courage, creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and learning on the fly.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media according to policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
