About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency, with direct attention to the brand’s commitment to customer service. The role creates lasting customer impressions through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and by maintaining a well-kept sales floor. Accurate work supporting product flow from receipt through point of sale is essential. The associate welcomes and assists clients, supports brand engagement, operates point-of-sale systems, manages cash-wrap activities, and helps with shipments, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising. The role also supports sales-floor activities, maintains housekeeping standards, and follows Loss Prevention guidelines. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays. The position requires regular lifting of at least 25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including using an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the POS accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
