About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor, also known at other brands as a Keyholder, to help create exceptional customer experiences. Sales Supervisors contribute to the business through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker’s story and mission on the sales floor, improving processes, and participating in special projects. The role includes leading sales and front-of-house operations, as well as team touch-bases, when a manager is not present, and opening and closing the store.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
Pride in work and self-motivation to perform at a high level.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be listed on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
