About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create excellent customer experiences at The Marketplace at Dr. Phillips. Similar roles at other brands may be called Keyholder. Sales Supervisors contribute to the business through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing the company’s story and mission, improving processes, and participating in special projects. The role includes leading sales-floor activity and front-of-house operations, supporting the team when a manager is absent, and opening and closing the store.

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
• At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and pride in one's work.
• Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Promote an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide thoughtful, honest style advice.
• Develop innovative ways to improve the glasses-shopping experience.
• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
