About The Position
The Sales Supervisor at Maje, Sawgrass Mills Mall, leads the team in delivering outstanding, personalized client experiences and achieving sales and service goals. The supervisor builds client relationships, provides styling guidance, educates customers about products, and models the service standards expected of the team. The role also supports store operations, including maintaining floor presentation, product replenishment, back-of-house processes, cash handling, KPI tracking, and opening and closing procedures. The position includes coaching and mentoring associates and may provide a path toward an Assistant Store Manager role.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales or service experience.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
- Confident, inspiring leadership and a willingness to mentor others.
- Strong communication skills; friendly, outgoing, and persuasive.
- Adaptability and flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
