About The Position

The Sales Supervisor at Maje, Sawgrass Mills Mall, leads by example to deliver an outstanding client experience, build customer relationships, and mentor a sales team. The role reinforces branded customer service and sales initiatives, provides personalized styling and product guidance, and contributes to client loyalty and store performance. It also supports store operations, including back-of-house processes, cash handling, KPI tracking, product replenishment, and opening and closing procedures. This role offers opportunities for career growth, including advancement to Assistant Store Manager.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales or service experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Passion for fashion and an eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
• Leadership skills, confidence, and interest in mentoring others.
• Strong communication skills; friendly, outgoing, and persuasive.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet business scheduling needs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ambition and interest in growing into an Assistant Store Manager role.
