About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences at its Mosaic retail location. Sales Supervisors contribute to the business through face-to-face customer interactions, share Warby Parker’s story and mission on the sales floor, and participate in process improvement and special projects. The role leads sales-floor and front-of-house operations and team touch-bases when a manager is not present, and includes opening and closing the store.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
A team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
Ability to solve problems proactively and innovatively.
Self-motivation and pride in work.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.

Contribute to process ideation and improvement and take part in special projects.
