About The Position
The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members by promoting studio memberships, packages, retail products, and services. The role builds relationships and communicates SweatHouz’s mission through its offerings, with a focus on member acquisition and retention. The Sales Associate engages guests and members and contributes to sales revenue goals and the growth of SweatHouz. The position also supports the studio’s guest experience and operations by welcoming guests, escorting them to suites, preparing and inspecting suites between sessions, managing laundry, and documenting information about new guests in Prospr.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell memberships and packages, explaining available options and benefits.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a hospitable experience throughout their sessions.
- Work with the studio manager to achieve sales targets and strengthen member relationships.
- Escort guests to their suites and provide assistance and information as needed.
- Clean and prepare suites between client sessions.
- Inspect suites routinely to maintain presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Wash, dry, and fold towels to ensure clean linens are available for guests.
- Record detailed notes on new guests in Prospr.
