About The Position
The Sales Associate provides an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members. The role promotes studio memberships, packages, retail products, and services while building relationships and communicating SweatHouz’s mission. The Sales Associate focuses on member acquisition and retention, guest and member engagement, and achieving sales revenue goals. The position also supports the studio’s guest experience and cleanliness by escorting guests to suites, preparing and inspecting suites, and managing towels and laundry.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell memberships and packages to interested guests, explaining available options and benefits.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a hospitable experience throughout their session.
- Work with the Studio Manager to achieve sales targets and strengthen member relationships.
- Escort guests to their suites and provide assistance and information as needed.
- Clean and prepare suites between sessions.
- Inspect suites regularly to maintain presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Wash, dry, and fold towels to maintain an adequate supply of clean linens.
- Record detailed notes about new guests in Prospr.
