About The Position
The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding, well-rounded sales and service experience to guests and members by promoting studio memberships, packages, retail products, and services. The role builds relationships and communicates SweatHouz’s mission through its offerings, with a focus on member acquisition and retention. The Sales Associate engages guests and members and contributes to sales revenue goals and the growth of SweatHouz. This position is based at the SweatHouz Ballston location and is part-time, with at least 15 hours per week. Work is in person, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required. Shifts may include morning, day, and evening shifts.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.

- Experience with membership sales.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell memberships and packages to interested guests, explaining available options and benefits.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a hospitable experience throughout their session.
- Work with the studio manager to achieve sales targets and strengthen member relationships.
- Escort guests to their suites and provide assistance and information as needed.
- Clean and prepare suites between client sessions.
- Inspect suites routinely to maintain presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Wash, dry, and fold towels to ensure clean linens are available for guests.
- Record detailed notes about new guests in Prospr.
