About The Position

Beyond Yoga is a premium active lifestyle brand founded in Los Angeles in 2005 and grounded in body positivity. It creates comfortable, easy-care apparel for a range of workouts and activities and joined Levi Strauss & Co. in September 2021. This is a temporary, seasonal holiday Sales Stylist position at the Beyond Yoga Fulton Market store in Chicago. The role focuses on customer connection, product knowledge, sales performance, store operations, and representing the brand and its values. The position is part-time and pays $13.45–$22.45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and interest in Beyond Yoga.
• Use excellent product knowledge to create an authentic, service-oriented selling environment focused on customer connection.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss-prevention programs.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, while following store procedures and standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and partner with store leadership on elevated issues.
• Adopt and advocate for new in-store technologies and understand their role in customer experience, operations, and performance.
• Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with the store team and Home Office partners on local community connections and events that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Act as a brand ambassador who embodies and cultivates the company’s core values.
