About The Position

Beyond Yoga is seeking dynamic and engaged Sales Stylists to contribute to the growth of its retail stores and help build the future of retail while maintaining the brand’s core values. The role supports an engaging and inspiring environment for employees and customers through teamwork, retail strategies, cross-functional store operations, and achievement of sales goals. Sales Stylists build customer connections and community, represent the brand, and provide service in a positive, diverse, and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive and helpful demeanor, with passion and interest in Beyond Yoga.
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in an evolving environment.
• Experience succeeding in a service-driven, high-selling retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to stand, walk, squat, and bend constantly; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of and interest in Beyond Yoga.
• Use strong product knowledge to support authentic selling and customer service, with an emphasis on customer connection.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Follow store security, safety, and loss-prevention programs.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash and perform merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in accordance with store policy.
• Resolve customer concerns and partner with store leadership on elevated issues.
• Adopt and advocate for new in-store technologies, understanding how they support customer experience, operations, and performance.
• Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with the store team and Home Office partners on local community connections and events that increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Represent and cultivate the company’s core values.
