About The Position

Beyond Yoga is a luxury athletic and lifestyle clothing brand focused on quality, inclusivity, and attention to detail. The Sales Stylist contributes to the growth of Beyond Yoga retail stores by helping create an engaging and inspiring environment for employees and customers. The role supports retail strategies and cross-functional store operations while driving sales and building customer connections and community. Sales Stylists serve as brand ambassadors who embody the company’s core values.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive and helpful demeanor, with passion for and interest in Beyond Yoga.
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a changing environment.
• Experience succeeding in a service-driven, high-selling retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to stand, walk, squat, and bend constantly; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of and interest in Beyond Yoga and its products, creating an authentic, service-oriented selling environment focused on customer connection.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, in accordance with standards and store policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and partner with store leadership on elevated issues.
• Adopt and advocate for new in-store technologies, understanding how they support customer experience, operations, and business performance.
• Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with store colleagues and Home Office partners on local community connections and events that increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Represent and cultivate Beyond Yoga’s core values as a brand ambassador.
