About The Position

Beyond Yoga is hiring a temporary, seasonal Sales Stylist for its Fulton Market location in Chicago, Illinois. The role focuses on delivering customer connection and service, demonstrating product knowledge, and meeting store and individual performance goals. The stylist supports daily store operations, maintains visual presentation and housekeeping standards, and represents Beyond Yoga’s values while helping foster an inclusive, community-oriented environment.

This part-time holiday-season position requires a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The employee must have reliable transportation and be able to perform the essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, crouching, bending, stooping, talking, and hearing. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and interest in Beyond Yoga.
• Use excellent product knowledge to create an authentic, service-oriented selling environment focused on customer connection.
• Meet or exceed established daily store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash and perform merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Resolve customer concerns and partner with store leadership on elevated issues.
• Adopt and advocate for new in-store technologies, understanding how they support customer experience, operations, and business performance.
• Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners on local community events to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Represent and cultivate the company’s core values.
