About The Position

Sales Stylists implement functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations at Levi’s. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, meeting sales and performance goals, and supporting store presentation, inventory replenishment, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable characteristics.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Follow Levi’s Stores cash handling guidelines.
• Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the selling floor as needed.
• Assist with pricing merchandise as needed.
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Rapidly and accurately refill and replenish the sales floor through RFID-enabled inventory processes.
• Use basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS, basic device troubleshooting, and the ability to read and understand technical training manuals.
